By accessing and using this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

All photographs remain the intellectual property of CasswithaCanon, a division of CHASIA COLLECTIVE, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Galleries may be publicly viewable; however, public access does not grant permission to download, screenshot, reproduce, edit, distribute, sell, or commercially use any photograph. Download permissions and image usage rights are granted only to the applicable client or other authorized individuals and may vary by gallery, session, or written agreement.

Clients who receive or purchase digital images are granted a personal-use license to download, share, and print those images unless otherwise specified. Images may not be sold, commercially reproduced, heavily altered, edited, filtered, or claimed as the work of another person without written permission from CHASIA COLLECTIVE.

Unauthorized screenshots, removal of watermarks, downloading of restricted images, or use of images that have not been purchased, selected, or delivered is prohibited.

For brand, business, marketing, or other commercial photography, usage and licensing rights are governed by the applicable client contract or written licensing agreement.

Gallery availability, image selections, download permissions, and usage rights may vary depending on the individual session or project.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, CasswithaCanon and CHASIA COLLECTIVE reserve the right to use photographs created during client sessions or projects for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, promotional materials, publications, competitions, and other business-related purposes.

Clients who do not wish for their photographs to be used publicly for these purposes must notify CHASIA COLLECTIVE in writing. Upon receiving such a request, reasonable efforts will be made to honor the client’s privacy preference for future use.
